Saleslogix Customer and Partner Portal Issue - Unable to Insert Tickets - Resolved

This issue has been resolved. If you continue to have issues creating tickets within the portals please contact Saleslogix Technical Support.

Currently users are unable to create tickets through either the Customer Portal or Partner Portals. This is a known issue and we are working to resolve this issue.
