Beginning Monday, November 7, 2011, Sage SalesLogix Support hours in North America change to align with Eastern Time. Support business hours will be 9am-8pmEastern.
To date, our hours have been 6am-5pm MST. Because Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time, our hours varied for most everyone else. Sometimes they were 8am-7pm Eastern; sometimes they were 9am-8pm Eastern. Our new hours provide a consistent experience for most of our customers and partners.
In essence our “Summer Hours” will be our year-round hours.
This change applies to North America Sage SalesLogix Support only. Business hours for other Arizona-based teams, such as Sales and Customer Service, remain unchanged.
Critical issue assistance continues to be available to Sage Business Care Gold Plan customers outside of Support business hours.
