The SalesLogix Knowledgebase has a new search interface!
In the Select Product Line: field, click SalesLogix.
In the Search Text: field, enter the search term(s).
Click Search.
In the Search Results area, click the resolution.
User tips:
The search engine looks for matches in the article title, body of the article and added synonyms. Use unique search terms or error messages.
When multiple search terms are used, search looks at each individual term, not a search phrase or string.
Example 1: ‘install SalesLogix’ will search for ‘install’ and ‘SalesLogix’ not the search string together.
Example 2: Using multiple defect ID’s will return each article that contains the entered defect ID.

Booleans (and, or, not) are not recognized.
The return article limit is 100 articles. To see more or different articles, change the search term(s).
