Importance of filling out the Sage SalesLogix Customer Relationship Surveys! 

 

Every quarter, Sage sends out the Sage SalesLogix Customer Relationship Survey to a random selection of both new and existing customers.  The survey comprises twelve questions, ranging from How do you rate the product and why? to What is your overall satisfaction level with technical support?   

 

Your opinion is important to us, and by filling out this survey, you'll be giving us valuable input as to how we can improve both our product and our service to you. 

 The following departments receive a copy of all Sage SalesLogix Customer Relationship Survey responses:

 

  • Product Development
  • Support
  • Product Marketing
  • Customer Service 

 

These teams are aware of the feedback that you – our customers – provide through your survey responses, and will be contacting each respondent individually (as applicable) to discuss relevant ratings and comments.  At Sage, we feel that it is very important that you have a forum through which you can voice your issues, concerns, and – of course – your compliments!
