Getting Started with Training:
Now that you have purchased your Saleslogix Cloud, it’s time to get started with your training benefits! With your Cloud subscription, you are eligible to access that Saleslogix Cloud Library at no additional cost. Follow the steps below to successfully register for and access your training.
Sign up for free training by first creating a user profile at:
http://training.saleslogix.com/
Create a Training User Profile (Select the orange “Profile Logon” button in the upper right hand corner of the page.).
Your User Profile will track all of your learning. Select the link to “Create a new user profile”.
Now it’s time to register for your training.
To easily locate your training, select the appropriate category listed in the webpage footer, or you can browse the full Course Catalog (quick link located within the webpage header). OR, here is the link to to directly access the Saleslogix Cloud Library: training.saleslogix.com/courses/saleslogix-cloud-subscription
(Additional advanced courses are also available at a cost)
Once the appropriate training is located, select the orange “Register” link under the course. OR, you can learn more about each course by selecting the respective title.
When logged in, your information should pre-populate. If you are not already logged in, enter your User Name and Password. Payment is due if a cost is associated with the training.
Select Continue to complete registration. If you registered for an Anytime Learning course, select the orange “View Anytime Learning” button to begin your training. If you registered for a Virtual Classroom course, further details will be communicated via email.
If multiple users at your company need to access the Anytime Learning, please contact the Training Team at the contact information listed below.

Although the Cloud environment provides you with the freedom to configure server settings and manage your data, an implementation of Saleslogix in the Cloud requires minimal interaction and maintenance. Automated processes and configuration allow you to get up-and-running quickly and easily. Saleslogix issues each Cloud implementation a set of logon credentials for managing your Cloud Server.
The entire implementation is monitored 24/7 by the OPERATIONS TEAM, which works directly with AMAZON.
You or the Saleslogix Cloud customer’s designated contacts may contact the Saleslogix Support Team for application support during regular business hours either by phone or by creating a ticket in the Customer Portal. You also have 24/7 access to the Saleslogix Community where you can post questions, share your own experiences, and learn from other customers and partners. For information about business hours, how to contact Support, and how to access online support resources, visit the Saleslogix Product Support page (see below).
All customer systems in the Cloud are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If an outage occurs, the Cloud Operations team will begin immediate investigation and remediation activities. The customer’s designated contact(s) on file will receive notification of the incident and any actions taken to resolve the issue. If you experience an interruption in service that has not already been identified by the 24/7 operations team, please report the issue to Saleslogix using the options outlined in the Saleslogix Resource Center (see below).
Saleslogix Customer Service provides non-technical assistance to customers and partners. They can assist you with a variety of inquiries, including changes to your company’s Designated Contact list, Partner Portal site access, and expedited access to managers for escalation purposes.

Each customer identifies and approves Authorized Contacts (AC) allowed to work with Saleslogix Support.
Two AC’s are assigned for the first 100 licensed users of the Saleslogix Software. For each additional 50 licensed users, one additional AC is assigned. For example, a customer with 75 seats is assigned two AC’s. A customer with 110 seats is assigned three: one for the first 100 and one additional. Customers with fewer than 100 seats are assigned two ACs at a minimum.
It is best to select AC’s who have or will be trained as Saleslogix Administrators. A customer also may select individuals not employed by his/her company. For example, if a customer outsources IT management, the customer may add a member of the third party organization as an AC on the customer’s account.
Reassignment must be approved via email by the customer’s Primary Contact of record for Saleslogix or any current AC.
