Your new Cloud environment may not have any data yet. If you would like to see a demo system with some data, visit the link at the bottom of this post..
Take it for a test drive, kick the tires. This is just a generic demo system, so your performance and mileage may vary. It is there for you if you want to dive into it as part of your training and try some things while you are awaiting your first data import to your own system. While in the demo though, please do not change any passwords or enter any confidential information as everyone has access to the same logins!

Each customer identifies and approves Authorized Contacts (AC) allowed to work with Saleslogix Support.
Two AC’s are assigned for the first 100 licensed users of the Saleslogix Software. For each additional 50 licensed users, one additional AC is assigned. For example, a customer with 75 seats is assigned two AC’s. A customer with 110 seats is assigned three: one for the first 100 and one additional. Customers with fewer than 100 seats are assigned two ACs at a minimum.
It is best to select AC’s who have or will be trained as Saleslogix Administrators. A customer also may select individuals not employed by his/her company. For example, if a customer outsources IT management, the customer may add a member of the third party organization as an AC on the customer’s account.
Reassignment must be approved via email by the customer’s Primary Contact of record for Saleslogix or any current AC.”

Production Project location:
Store the production Web Project in the database VFS to ensure that your SalesLogix Cloud environment can be completely recovered in the case of total failure of your server. Should this Web Project be stored anywhere else on your server (LFS), it may significantly delay the restoration of your environment.
