Lead import with Account Manager field

In SLX 7.2.1 when importing a file the field mappings list that appears in the Import Leads dialog does not include the accountmanagerid field as a match field. It would be a great time saver if this match field were exposed because without it we must manually assign each lead to the appropriate account manager after the import.

 

The same applies to the account owner field. Although a default account owner may be chosen, it would be advantageous if the account owner (team) field were also exposed for import match.

Need ability to search Contact and Lead in the same pass

Clients have asked for a way to search the Contact and the Leads tables while using the Quick Lookup. This would allow them to quickly fine a person within their system and help avoid creating duplicate records.  I know that SpeedSearch could do this but not all of our clients have access to create custom indexes nor do they all use SpeedSearch as a regular tool.

Converting leads - Account Owner

When you convert a lead, the owner of that lead changes to the default account owner of the user that does the conversion.

 

This causes a problem as now the user who manages those leads/new accounts (old owner) is no longer the owner and therefore cannot see the accounts.

 

Can we have an option that stops the owners changing when they are converted.
