RMA (Product Return) slx

Status: New
by on ‎03-31-2010 10:31 AM

I am implementing Saleslogix in stages and I am in the service and support stage of our implementation. I have found that when creating an RMA you cannot enter a quantity designation for a SKU. I am aware that I can tie it to a user defined field and alter the screen form but I have been fairly successful at the roll out so far with 0 (zero) mods of any sort. I am trying to keep it that way.

It would seem as this is a very rudimentary requirement to be able to process a return request for only the quantity of the items that are defective and the people in recieving should know how many to expect. Would it be too much to ask if this could be rolled out in the next available sub-version?

There is probably more availability once we tie into Sage line 500 ERP system but that is most likely a year off.

I will go back to the implmentation team and see if this can be dealt with in some other fashion
