The current design for me as a user does allow quoting process through mail merge but that does not not go through a proper review process neither does it allow me to keep track of previous quotes with audit trails and changes.
The current process orchestration bit would not help me in the quote workflow & approval process as most often different organizations have different levels of approval mechanisms involving users that may not be part of CRM in such scenarios a DMS used by an organization enterprise wide would provide the ability to maintain version control and also provide approval mechanisms to help the entire quote process.
