Expand Account Manager field to include teams and departments, and/or multiselect

In our business we end up using teams as account management but cannot because of the limitations of the program.

Hi Rshort,

 

We don't often come across many companies that set teams or departments as the account manager. Where that's the case, we often utilise the "owner" field instead and configure the security so everyone can still see the account - unless security is actually a requirement.

Can you walk me through your existing processes that revolve around the Account Manager so I can get a better understanding of the existing situation? Thanks!
