We are trying to add a new button within the InsertTicket Quick Form, the button should popup the InsertContact Quick form so they idea is to create the contact during Ticket Creation and doing it in a contextual or inline popup so you once your done create the Contact it gets added as the Contact/Account of the ticket .. we tried a couple of approaches with Architect Tool but didn't work, is it possible within the Architect Tool?

You should be able to display the insert contact/account form in a popup dialog. You'll need to customize this smart part (it is a custom smart part, under portal > slxclient > support files > smart parts > contact) so it can work as a dialog. Inside the dialog's page WorkItem, get the ticket object and set the accountid and contactid when you save.
I would suggest creating a new smart part based on the code from the above form.
