A client that uses 7.5.4 is getting an errror message while using SLX Mobile to update contact information. The message he constantly gets is "A server error occured whie requesting data". Can you please help?

Several reasons this happens.. and typically traced to "bad" or missing data in the SLX db.
You are going to need to bring in some debugging tools (ex Firebug in FF) and analyze the SData packets.... or get someone who knows mobility inside & out to do it ;-)
In this case here's a Hint: SECCODEID - Ownership - Account & contact match?
