we are using SalesLogix LAN 220.127.116.1148 with SQL 2005 backend.
Our users say they have been having problems when they schedule an activity for a contact. When they go to the contact nothing is show under the activities tab. However, when they go to the Activities main view, they can see the scheduled activity and the Contact. They open the activity and all the information appears correct, but when they click on the contact they get an error page.
I did some testing and found that, when the users schedule a new activity, the CONTACTID that is passed to the DB is actually the Contact Name, not the PK.
I'm trying to find the plugin in Architect so I can try and fix the bug quickly. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
