I've been attempting to use the Application.Basicfunctions.QueMessageForRecord API function and I've copied almost identically the code from the email button on the Ticket detail and everything is working fine except for one anomally. The email launched from ticket detail Email button is recorded correctly in the Ticket Activities as a type 'Sent E-Mail' whereas the email recorded by my button is recorded incorrectly as a type 'Received E-mail'. I can't see any difference between my code and the SalesLogix code. Any ideas on what I may be missing?
