ACO Group Bug with In Statement [ Edited ]

Version 8 with HF's up to latest.  Oracle db with double-byte char set.

We came across a bug today in testing:

1. Add a new account group with an in statment condition.
2. Share group to someone
3. All working as expected
4. Add a second condition after the in condition
5. Re-Share
6. Group works fine from original user, but fails when run by shared user
7. Move in condition to the last condition
8. Re-Share
9. All works again

For example, I created an in statement and chose several seccodes, then added condition Country starts with 'US'
