SalesLogix Order Entry, Lead Management, InfoSource, and Serviceware will be affected during database maintenance
on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 between 8:30 to 10:30 PM ET.
During this two-hour maintenance period, knowledgebases such as Serviceware and InfoSource, and
SalesLogix Order Entry, and Lead Management might be out of service. Also Business Reporting could be
down during this period, but all should be restored that night.
