How to configure SalesLogix to dial a TAPI compliant phone using the Phone Dialer.
Possible Resolution:
As long as the phone system is TAPI compliant, and the workstation is properly integrated with the phone system, SalesLogix will be able to dial out like any other Windows application. To test for proper configuration, Open Microsoft Outlook, and dial a phone number from within Outlook. If this works, SalesLogix should be able to dial out simply by double clicking the phone number in the client.
