Lead History in 7.2.2

In 7.2.2 the leads system appears to support notes/history. The history table has a field for leadid.  The lead system has a notes/history tab.


However, when trying to actually insert a note/history/completed activity it will not record against the lead.  Right clicking in the nots/history grid shows "Add Note" disabled.  Same from the insert menu. Completing a phone call shows no way to associate the lead and it isn't done behind the scenes.  Tried all this as both a regular user and admin.


I was a former SLX consultant for 5 years so I'm a bit embarassed to ask such an obvious question.  My only defense is that changed jobs right around the time that the lead system was released.

The functionality is not available until v7.5

It's possible to "enable" some of this functionality. We did it for a couple of clients.
