Doing a search (main page) and going to a posting - not working

If you do a search (ex: I was looking for XMLSchema) and get a list of postings, clicking on the (hyper)link does not take you to the actual posting... bummer.

Are you stating a specific post in a thread?

Yes.

If I search on TEF and its mentioned in multiple posts inside a thread a hyperlink is returned for each post and clicking on it takes me to that particular post inside the thread. If too many hits are returned I use the advanced search and use the available options to limit my returns (all the words, exact phrase, subject search only, specific board only, etc).
