Territory Realignment – Accounts not updating for remote database

Hello all,

I have a problem where one remote database does not update after a Territory Realignment. It’s not updating accounts with proper owners/account managers after many manual syncs on the client and server side. I’ve had to recreate his database several times in the past couple years because of this. Our environment is SLX 7.5.4 w/ Windows 2003, FTP Sync. The user is a manager that has the entire database. I’ve checked for old keybases in TEF files before creating each new DB. Any idea why this might be happening?

I appreciate any feedback.

This can be caused by a corruption in the users profile. The corruption doesn't allow the TEFs for Remotes to be created when realigning using Owner or Account Manager. The only options you have is to keep creating a new remote db after every update or create a new user and reassign everything across for the existing profile.
