We recently installed the SalesLogix Exchange Link v126.96.36.1995 on a customers site running v7.2.2 and every few weeks the connection fails which stops Exchange Link from running. We then have to restart the SalesLogix System and SalesLogix To Exchange Link services for the link to work again.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with EL?
