We're on LAN 8.0.8636.
When a user tries to insert a new ticket, the new ticket form comes up fine, but clicking on anything there which would open another window (the contact lookup, for instance), SalesLogix freezes and taskmanager is the only way to shut it down.
Since it's lookups, I know this is an issue with the windows popping under the new ticket window, or something like that, so I feel like I'm close, and I'm digging in Architect now. If anyone has any pointer or has seen/fixed this themselves, I'd appareciate the help.
