Melanie Lewis is Sr. Director of Portfolio Management for Sage. As part of the Sage Customer Experience organization, she represents the voice of the customer and Sage Support by leading development and management of Sage Business Care offerings, support definitions and entitlement processes, pricing and related. Until October, 2012, Melanie was the Director of Customer Support for Sage SalesLogix for more than seven years, where her focus was continual improvement of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Melanie has more than 20 years of software industry experience in a variety of roles, including business and IT operations, strategic marketing, sales operations, and customer support, as well as 10 years of accounting and operations experience in the financial sector. When not at work, Melanie spends most of her time with fine arts (writing, drawing, painting, music) or in family activities.
