Prior to going client side in 2010, Rick worked extensively in both the Sage and Microsoft GP/Dynamics channels for 15 years concentrating on CRM and ERP solutions. Before his technology career his responsibilities focused on Sales Management in both the Electronic Connector/Semi-Conductor and Industrial Minerals markets. While changing careers 3 times to get away from computers and focus on selling, he really discovered that his talents in process design and automation just couldn't be ignored and a friend convinced him that maybe a career in it was better than a career being frustrated by it - Hence, if you can't beat em - join em.
