Three great ways you can help your customers feel listened to
When was the last time you filled out one of those surveys at the end of your receipt? Do you ever feel compelled to comment on your experiences, good or bad, and post them on social channels, or other?
Do you visit the same coffee shop, dry cleaners, restaurant or another place regularly? If you do, and they don’t know who you are, do you care? If they do, does it make your experience better?
