 Our SalesLogix Customer Service team is known for creating loyal and happy customers through a strong commitment to service quality.  Our Customer Service Team is ready and waiting to assist you with any of the following – and more: 

 

·         Changes to Authorized Support Contact list ( adding new users or transfers)

·         SupportOnline website access

·         Request for Media (can’t find your 7.5 media?)

·         Direct Transfers to others within the Sage organization

·         Certification inquiries

·         General Account updates ( address, phone number)

·         Case inquiries (what is the latest information on an existing case?)

·         Expedited access to a manager for escalation purposes

·         General questions/Inquiries

·         Access to our Support Teams

·         General Questions regarding your Support Plans
