The recent Sage #SalesLogix Boot Camp provided an opportunity for usability studies and the User Experience team jumped at the chance.
This round of studies focused on testing two areas:
Modifications to moving a contact in the Web Client
Evaluating a new Alerts feature in the Web Client against Reminders in the Windows Client.
Our 14 study participants again provided invaluable feedback on the usefulness of the proposed modifications and how we might refine them further.
Boot Camp attendees are typically more experienced with the SalesLogix product so their insight into user interaction provides the added value of enabling us to build on our library of use cases. We on the UCD team continue to be impressed and motivated by the creativity of the SalesLogix community and by the energy and enthusiasm for our product.
These studies play an important part in the process of developing a product that makes your business life easier. Thanks to everyone who participated!
If you use Sage SalesLogix in your organization and are interested in enrolling as a study participant, we would like to hear from you. For more information about upcoming user studies, contact us at Saleslogix.Techpubs@sage.com.
