Training - what lies ahead?

In the training department we are always looking at the newest releases, the roadmap, and updating courses that have been around for a while. What about what you need? How can you affect what training is offered?

 

Email us. Just send an email to training.crm@sage.com and James or Justine will get your question answered by the right person. Usually they will forward it along to the right trainer, but many times they can answer it themselves.

 

Even after training is over? Yes. Email training anytime for any sort of help. We will do what we can. Why? Because that is how we figure out what to put into the next version of the class. We cannot act as support, but we can provide guidance where appropriate any time of the year.

 

Our goal is to make sure you are successful using, customizing, and implementing SalesLogix. If that means answering emails 6 months after you are out of training then we are going to do it.

 

It is interesting how many partners have taken us up on this offer over the past year since we started really telling people to "take advantage of us." But we need more. Please keep in touch and let us know what you think should be in the next class and share your issues and success stories!
