Since installing our new phone system, some Saleslogix customers and partners have been experiencing significant hold times, and voice-mails that aren't being routed properly to their destination. This is not the experience we had planned for our customers and partners, and I want to let you know that we are aware of these issues and working diligently to resolve them as quickly as possible.

 

As you know you can also submit tickets with us through the portals, so please continue to do this if this is more convenient for you.

Yes we know that it will be sorted out as soon as possible, but still do you have any idea till when it will be done so that we will be relaxed.
