SupportOnline what can I expect to find?

 

Ever wonder what Sage SoftwareOnline has to offer?  Well I happy to break it down for you- here are just a few of the things you will find:

 

Support Documents, trouble-shooting templates, access to user manuals and installation guides, user profile information, Support agreements, license information, Customer contact numbers, information about product fixes, Web ticket creation, and much more.

 

By navigating the tabs within Support Online you’ll find the following at your fingertips:

 

Profile Management Tab

This tab contains the following:

 

  • Company information - Name and address of your company ( if you are the administrator for SupportOnline you will have edit     capabilities
  • Personal Info - Your phone number and Title, Username and Password for SupportOnline ( you will edit capabilities),Your email Subscriptions and Permissions
  • Contacts - Detailed list of all contacts on your Account
  • Products - List of all Sage Products, License information ( this can be copied, printed or exported )
  • Agreement Plans - List of all Sage Agreements

Support Tab

This tab contains the following:

 

  • Support Options and Resources (Select your product) - Latest Updates, Downloads, Software and Documentation, Access to the Knowledgebase, Contact us, Tips and Tricks, And more.

Knowledgebase

This tab contains the following:

  • Support Options and Resources (Select your product) - Latest Updates, Downloads, Software and Documentation, Access to the Knowledgebase, Contact us, Tips and Tricks, And more. Search our powerful knowledgebase anytime -24x7 for  resolutions to your issues.

Support Cases

This tab contains the following:

  • Case Inquiry – View/Create your own support cases

If you don’t already have a Support Online account and would like one, please visit: www.sagesoftwareonline.com

 

Select the Register now.

 

Enter all information as required (you will need your account number- if you do not have this information please call 1-800-944-5709 for Customer Support).  After a successful registration, a temporary password will be sent to you- when logging in for the first time you will be prompted to change the password.
