Support for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 is Available

If your organization uses Microsoft Exchange Server, you may be interested to know that Sage SalesLogix Exchange Link supports Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.  This support is available in Hot Fix 5 for Sage SalesLogix Exchange Link 8.0.

 

Sage SalesLogix Exchange Link allows Sage SalesLogix to exchange data with Microsoft Outlook using a server-side application for configuration.  Exchange Link is available for all supported versions of Sage SalesLogix, and for Microsoft Exchange Server versions 2003, 2007, and 2010.

 

Client-side integration between Sage SalesLogix and Microsoft Outlook is available using Intellisync for SalesLogix, Standard Outlook Integration, and Advanced Outlook Integration.

 

Note:   Exchange Link is not recommended for Remote Users. Remote Users who require synchronization should use Intellisync.

It's my understanding that it does not work in all Exchange 2010 configurations - this was info from another BP who had one work and the other not. The last I knew (a couple of days ago), he did not have a resolution from Sage - true?
