#Sage #SalesLogix Top Ten Articles - Snapshot of Last Month's Top Support Calls

The Top Ten Article page is now available within the SupportOnline website. This provides a list of the most frequently asked questions in March 2011. A majority of these articles are "how to" articles, which may provide you with information that you are unfamiliar with or could assist you with improving your SalesLogix experience. Going forward this list will be updated at the beginning of each month.

 

To access this list, perform the following:

  1. Log on to SupportOnline
  2. On the navigational bar, hover over the Knowledgebase tab, then click Top Ten Articles

 

This is a good self-service resource that may provide you assistance with an issue that will eliminate your need to contact support directly. Having said this, SalesLogix Support is always an available resource to provide you with the necessary assistance to resolve any issue or answer any question you may have with SalesLogix.
