As most of you know, Sage SalesLogix v8 is now available, with many exciting new features. The SalesLogix Cloud Operations team is in the process of scheduling and upgrading customer environments to the new version of the product. For those customers with no customizations or add-on products (e.g. Offline Web Client, Swiftpage), the Sage Cloud Operation team can perform an “auto-upgrade” of their environment. Customers whose environments are customized and/or have add-on products will require coordination between the Sage Cloud Operations team, and their business partner, to upgrade them through a provisioned staging environment.
For customers that are not customized, contact your business partner, or send an email to to SalesLogixCloudUpgrade@sage.com and we will schedule your upgrade.

NOTE: All customers who upgrade to v8 will be put on the new high-performance, single server configuration.
