Known Issue #Sage #SalesLogix Knowlegebase Search Result Display Name

Since the Customer Portal launched on October 17th, there is a known issue with the #Sage #SalesLogix knowledgebase displaying the file name in the Search Results list instead of the article's display name. This issue has been reported and escalated to the appropriate group. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time of resolution. In the meantime, you can use the article summary below the search results list to get an snap shot of the article's content.

This issue has been resolved, as the article display names are now visible.

Now if we could only use another (much better) browser than IE - FF and/or chrome... better yet.. the site go HTML5 compatable ;-)
