Since the Customer Portal launched on October 17th, there is a known issue with the #Sage #SalesLogix knowledgebase displaying the file name in the Search Results list instead of the article's display name. This issue has been reported and escalated to the appropriate group. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time of resolution. In the meantime, you can use the article summary below the search results list to get an snap shot of the article's content.
