Self-Service is an important method for customers to obtain necessary information to assist with training, issues, and other situations that they face with Sage SalesLogix. We continually seek opportunities to improve your experiences. As such, we are currently working on a new knowledge base (KB) that increases usability, navigation, and searching – all with the goal of making it easier for you to find what you need. While there is not a definitive implementation date, we did want to let you now a new KB is forthcoming and to encourage your continuing patience while we work to improve our Self-Service offerings. As we get closer, we will post more communication outlining our progress and prepare you for the exciting transition to a better customer experience.
