With the excitement of the iOS7 release yesterday, we have received feedback that upon upgrading to iOS7 some of the Saleslogix mobile client functionality has been disabled or does not work. Based on initial research into the concerns, running the Saleslogix client on iOS7 will not function as expected. Two areas have been identified which include launching a phone call, email or location from Saleslogix mobile and editing items.
Our recommendation is to delay upgrading to iOS7 until Apple and our mobile team have had a chance to address any incompatibilities with the iOS7 Update. Patches will be required to address incompatibilities. We expect to release a patch as soon as possible to address issues within our control. We will keep you updated as to when the patch will be available.
