- This is not related to SalesLogix in the Cloud systems or this Community. They will continue to be available.
- SupportOnline maintenance affects access to the knowledgebase, web case, updates, patches and related documentation.
- PartnersOnline maintenance affects access to partner-specific documents, marketing materials and related.
If you plan to perform work this weekend on a Sage SalesLogix environment:
- Consider beginning your work after maintenance is complete.
- Download documentation, software and other resources from SupportOnline before maintenance begins.
- It is possible that another customer or partner has performed the same type of work you're doing. If you have a question or run into an issue, seek help from this Community by searching and posting at any time.
