Using consistent branding (your company logo, imagery, colors, fonts, etc.) when you interact with customers is essential. Your branding represents your company’s identity and personality which established your credibility and reputation. The more consistent your branding is between all of your channels (website, email, postcards), the easier it is for your audience to follow and remember you. Customers will have a cohesive experience with your company as they click from your email to your homepage or as they read your brochure and go to your website for more information. When done correctly it allows you to clearly communicate a consistent message to your target audience.
