Changes #Saleslogix

For the times they are a-changin', famous lyrics, from a Bob Dylan song, say it all. One constant in the world is change, and some say the measure of success is how well you adapt. If you’ve been following Saleslogix over the past few months, then you know that changes have been taking place, and you will continue to see more on the near horizon.

 

So, how has Saleslogix changed? Look no further than the following:

 

 

Of course, change doesn’t stop here. You can expect more exciting news from Saleslogix in the near future.

Hi

 

 

The Main changes i am expecting and love to see in saleslogix are following by prority.

 

1. Though the installation process is mentioned in detail in implmentation gude i feel it is not that much straight farward. Of course i agree other CRM solutions like MS CRM, Salesforce, Siebel etc are having several steps for installation. But for Saleslogix i would love to see  more fully automated installatons in terms of servers, web hosts, reporting servers, sync servers with less admin intervention.

 

2. Even we can build a smart part or custom part for the same tab for the same reason, we dont know why should not do it on other way always. Also, the build and deploy process is always takes lots of time. This is really very frustrating for developers. The reason is we use to give some time lines to our customer but due to the build issues/ slowness of application architect we are always late by 2 - 3 days.This needs to be changed which i mean the process of applying changes to different environments like UAT/Production should be done in more easy way.

 

3. Marketing: Even though saleslogix is in place for more than 10 years many people/ many companies not even know (particulary in Asia) that there is a CRM solution which is best in cost and serve all the needs as such of other CRM solutions like MS CRM etc. We really need to improve on this.

 

I would suggest to run a very big campaigns in all insurance companies/health care companies etc in ASIA about saleslogix and we have to tell them it is very cost effective compare to others and very easy to implement.

 

 

If the above improvements are done, i am sure saleslogix will be in the first place out of all CRM solutions. I am sure about it.
