With the launch of the Customer Portal, the steps to accessing the #Sage #SalesLogix knowledgebase have changed. To access the SalesLogix knowledgebase, perform the following:
The search functionality did not change, so the same searching behavior still exists in the Customer Portal as it did in the previous interface.

Impossible to login... and I'm a partner.
I'm with you there RJ. The knowledge base is the single most used resource i have and it cannot be accessed. We're partners also. Doesn't work with Chrome at all.
Can you switch it back??
Once you get to the Sage Customer Portal window, you do not need to login. Please follow the steps up above, and you'll be able to access the knowledgebase. We will keep you posted on the progress with the outstanding issue.
At this point, rolling back does not appear to be an option, as Sage is in the process of transitioning systems. Since Sage SalesLogix only leverages the Knowledgebase within the Customer Portal, you do not need to login. Sage SalesLogix will begin transitioning in Spring 2012, and communication about that transition will begin as we get closer to the transition timing.
Am I missing something? All I get when I get to the knowledgebase is this prompt ..
