There hasn been much good news for the Vikings in the last 24 hours. They lost 14-7 to the Lions at home. They lost Dalvin Cook to a knee injury that is feared to be a season-ending ACL tear. And now, it appears that they won get to play against Mike Glennon a week from tonight. From Dan Graziano of ESPNSources tell AdamSchefter and me that John Fox has made the change at QB to Mitchell Trubisky for Monday's game. Dan Graziano October 2, 2017Mitchell Trubisky will be making his NFL debut against the Vikings on Monday Night Football. Normally, facing an untested rookie quarterback would be a welcome situation for Vikings fans. And against a Mike Zimmer defense, it very well could be. But with how Glennon has played through the first four games of the season Tom Johnson Jersey, especially last Thursday against the Green Bay Packers, it hard to imagine that Trubisky could play any worse.Trubisky had a very promising preseason, but inexperience is still a major concern. He started only 13 games in college and has yet to take an NFL snap. That said, the current circumstances made this week a logical choice for the change. John Fox is coaching for his job and can afford to let the season spiral out of control this early. The Bears will be playing at home and well-rested with 11 days between games Austin Shepherd Jersey. The Vikings will most likely be missing their starting quarterback and running back. And of course, Soldier Field has been an absolute house of horrors for the VikingsMinnesota has lost 14 of their last 16 games there. Will Trubisky be the boost the Bears need to keep Chicago ignominious streak at Soldier Field alive? Or is John Fox throwing an unprepared quarterback to the wolves in a last-ditch effort to save his job? Wel see a week from tonight.
