Does anyone have a Groupwise/Lotus email account which I can send an email test to for an ongoing Send SLX issue (Since v6.2!)
When an email is sent from SalesLogix/MS Outlook using the SendSLX button the 'Lotus Notes' Contact receives the email ok but when they respond the email is blank!
Unfortunately, Sage do not have an environment to test this either.
Failing that, has anyone else come across this issue?
