Ok...its not supported but a client did it anyways.
The following hack gets us almost all the way there. Install Outlook 2007 Client and configure Mail Profile for the Exchange Link User.
Test Connection....all works except for "Could Not Retrieve Public Folders Entry ID"
Anybody have any suggestions...testing w/ Domain Admin user so it should not be a permissions issue.

Exchange Link 8.0 HF5 is available. This version does support Exchange 2010.

BUT.. :
A - Does it work in ALL Exchange 2010 situations?
B - Is there some additional documentation to tell us what Exchange 2010 configurations that have been QA'd by Sage?

RJ,
I am not sure what you mean by all situations. I am not an Exchange Admin so I am not aware of "multiple configurations". We have Exchange 2010 here and the information on what was needed to get it to work in our environment was included in the documentation with Hot Fix 5. We also had a couple of customers with Exchange 2010 test the product for us to ensure it worked at their location.
If you, or someone else, is experiencing specific problems after applying Hot Fix 5, please notify support of what issues you encounter so we can identify the cause and provide a solution.

Hi Loretta,
I had read the documentation. However, there are some "encryption" settings on the Exchange2010 side that are not even mentioned and it was my understanding that there was an issue here on how that was to be setup. I may be wrong.. but I was originally told it had to be "disabled". If that is true.. that is bad.

I will check on that for you.

I like to solve problems, but once I couldn't solve the one. And I by chance found out a probability solution for my and this proposition too - repair edb file.
