One of our technicians is receiving the error message "Configuration data of the product is damaged. Contact your support personnel." This is on installation of the Desktop Integration Module. Has anyone else run into this error or have any idea what it means?
We have version 22.214.171.12443.
The technician was able to install Intellisync correctly, but gets this error from DIM.
Your help is appreciated!

We were able to finally install DIM by running it under the administrator account. Even though the user account is part of the Administrators group this was not sufficient to do the install. Out tech had to do a "run as" and pick his administrator account. We are still not certain what the difference is between running from an administrator account vs. running from an account that is part of the Administrators group, but this workaround allowed him to install DIM.
Sage has informed us that this problem happens on some Windows 7 machines, normally on Windows 7 Enterprise. There appears to be a registry write issue of some kind on some machines. However, that's not the problem here.
This problem occurred for us on a Windows XP system with SP3.
