Delete Multiple Records and Recycle Bin

Status: New
by slcjjw on ‎10-14-2010 11:31 AM

Two Out Of Box Features, Sage SHOULD HAVE...
Enhancement 1
Allow users to delete multiple records (Contacts/Accounts/Opps) at once by:
Method One
1- Select records they with to delete from the system using CTLR or SHIFT key.
2- User then clicks "Delete Records" from the common task pane.
Method Two
1- Select records they with to delete from the system using CTLR or SHIFT key.
2- User then right clicks and can select delete record(s) from right click-menu.

Enhancement 2
Allow users to access their recycle bin. If Microsoft Windows employed Sage's recycle bin philosophy by only allowing Administrators to access and restore items from the recycle bin, administrators would never get anything. They would be too busy restoring items for end users. Why can't sage adopt a philosophy that allows users to see their recycle bin in the left-navigation bar in order to restore accidentally deleted items.
