We are a sales organization that is dependent on a multiple back-to-back scheduled activities on a daily basis. We were dependent on pop alerts that alerted the user of a pending activities (ph. call, meeting, etc.) as provided on the LAN version -(see screen shot below) (Case 4713542 Missing alerts for pending activities ). In addition the LAN version provided alerts when an activity was missed/not completed. This functionality was removed from the Cloud version 7.5.3. Alerts were completely removed and pending activities were consolidated and buried under an icon on the tool bar requiring to the users to proactively navigate off the calendar to view pending activities..
