KPI Header information on the Opportunity List View

Status: New
by garnold ‎03-28-2011 09:40 AM - edited ‎03-28-2011 09:42 AM

Here is an example that uses all clientside JavaScript calls to pull data from SLX. The example hi-jacks the list view grid and adds a new Ext panel above it. Within that new panel, information about the current opportunities is displayed. Here are some of the items I really like about this example..

  • All clientside code (always nice to learn something new)
  • Demonstrates some nice SLX calls you might not be aware of
  • Demos really nice because it is aware of what filters you have active.

The way this example works is I created a hidden tasklet. When this tasklet loads it finds the area in the screen that code needs to be injected and does it's magic.

This is really not designed for installs with lots of opportunities but just to see if something like this might be a good idea in the future.
