If Windows authentication is not used in the implementation of SalesLogix, and the user forgets their SalesLogix password, allow users to request a password reset upon login. Currently, they receive an error message if they typed the wrong password. If they don't know if, they need to call the SalesLogix administrator to get it reset.
Wouldn't that negate the need for a password though? Considering that all they need to do is press a button to get a password reset?
