Additional E-mail Address fields for SalesLogix Account....not Contact

Status: New

We've been trying to implement a policy of "Send SLX" for all (relevant) inbound e-mails, which we are implementing with customers as well - and they like this feature and the integrated workflow it provides. One issue is that some e-mails reveived come from a "generic" e-mail address.  For example: info@agile.co.nz (technical advisories about Avaya IP Office PABX) vipnetwork@vmware.com (monthly newsletter) Please_Do_Not_Reply@intel.com (this is used for information about RA's) reseller_apac@asia-mail.intel.com (weekly update) newsletter@kaon.com  Some of these e-mails are valuable and are useful for other team members to see - not much use sitting only in a folder in the users Outlook Mailbox. I can't "Send SLX" any e-mails from the above e-mail addresses unless I enter the above e-mail address against a contact (in say, the E-mail 2 or E-mail 3 field in the Contact Details Form).  But, I wouldn't want to do this in any case.....what if the contact left the account?  The e-mail 2 and/or e-mail 3 would be deleted. What I can do is drag and drop the e-mail from Outlook for the Account, but I use the "Prompt" Option for "Log to History"....and it automatically provides a contact (probably the first in the list).  Yes, I can erase the contact from the Complete Activity window.....it prompts me as to whether I want to "disassociate" the Contact fromt the "Activity".....and this is ok.....although a little clumsy/clunky.  However, it would be good if some Additional E-mail Address fields (say 3) could be added for any SalesLogix Account, and it worked seamlessly with "Send Slx".
