"Outside-In" Front Office Business Process Consultants (Not Lean or Six Sigma people)
This should incorporate
- The ability to graphically design a process
- Build business rules without writing code
- Give high level users the ability to see what's at each graphical stage of the process
- Give workers a dashboard of work to be performed for each process, at each stage
- The ability to automate supporting work processes (You know, the things people do in cubicles, where each step or stage lands for a time)
- The ability to track defects (i.e., handoff failures, overdue stuff, etc)
- The ability to workflow efficiency
- The ability to tie back into loyalty metrics (discussed separately - and coming soon)
Oh, I'm not talking about Process Orchestration, so don't remind me about that. And, while I love TaskCentre, we need something truly integrated so our prospects say WOW, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?
Could Not agree more workflow processes are what my company is crying out for. Make users job easy. Don't get them to do half the job in SalesLogix and the rest on a piece of paper. Workflow anywhere the sooner the better.
